In addition to the current opening, this recruitment may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to fill future Senior Human Resource Analyst positions throughout the Department of Natural Resources & Parks (DNRP) over the next six months.

About this Role:

This senior-level position will mainly focus on employee maintenance processes, including all HR-related functions after the hire. This includes administering the Performance Appraisal process, managing employee status changes, and managing data. This position will also conduct full-cycle recruitment as needed, and provide technical advice, recommendations, and determinations on complex and/or sensitive human resource issues.

You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to key leaders on talent management, exercising significant influence and responsibility within the organization.
