HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $19.89/HR

PART-TIME

• Operates a state motor vehicle in the performance of duties, such as transporting clients to appointments and activities; delivering mail and messages; and picking up and/or delivering a variety of supplies, products or materials.
• Transports staff/clients with responsibility for assisting staff in the care of clients; responsible for the clients care in the absence of assigned staff.
• Verifies descriptions and quantities of all items picked up or delivered.
• Performs clerical tasks incidental to the operation of a motor vehicle and related equipment.
• Exercises independence in performance of responsibilities; receives general administrative direction.
• May perform other related work as stated below:
• Observes, reports, and assists in recording changes in the physical condition, behavioral response, and emotional status of clients.
• Assists in providing basic health care for clients such as checking vital signs and applying simple dressings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for client care and treatment activities.
• Assist clients in participating in activities (fishing, shopping, going to the movies, out to eat etc.)
• Assist clients with meals, bathing, grooming, etc. as needed.

• 0-1 years' experience
• Must be 18 years old
• Possession of a valid operator's license appropriate for vehicle assignment at time of appointment.
• Level One Med Aide certified
