Duties include but not limited to supporting the Risk Management Department, which includes providing logistical and administrative support to both the Risk Manager and the Risk Management Reviewers. Serving as the secretary for various committees, including scheduling and minute taking. Managing a variety of calendars and organizing/planning various events. Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance (Excel). As well as various other administrative support functions as assigned. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and prioritize complex tasks and processes, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to collaborate with both internal and external stake holders and work within multiple systems, excellent computer skills and flexibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Skill in the operation of office equipment

Ability to organize work assignments

Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of experience as Administrative Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System, and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.

OR

Four or more years of office related clerical experience, and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
