Description:

The Eligibility Specialist Lead is responsible for determining eligibility for a variety of public assistance programs and providing advanced technical and programmatic support to team members and supervisors. The Lead acts as a subject matter expert in CBMS and related systems, supports training and mentoring of staff, assists with reporting requirements, and helps ensure consistent and compliant operations. In the absence of a supervisor, the Lead coordinates workloads, responds to escalated issues, and ensures timely and accurate service to customers. The Lead plays an active role in quality assurance, process improvement, and interdepartmental coordination to uphold program integrity and improve service delivery.

SCHEDULE:

This position is available for schedules of 5/8s (8-hour workdays, Monday-Friday) or 4/10s (10-hour workdays, Monday-Thursday). This position is hybrid, with remote work and in-office work assigned as needed. Occasionally, when staff are working the lobby, they may work 7:30am-5:30pm even if typically scheduled for 8-hour days.

COMPENSATION:

Hiring Range: $27.84 - $29.04 USD Hourly

Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.
