What You'll Be DoingWe are in search of a community-focused
Nurse Program Manager for Clinical Services. A community focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated experience nurse leader with excellent command of the nursing scope of practice, North Carolina Board of Nursing practices, strategic planning, and team building skills will be an ideal candidate.
The Program Manager will:
- Use research and evidence-based practice to create guide workflow and clinical standards
- As a true clinical nurse leader, the ideal candidate will organize, coordinate, and serve the community by creating guidelines and practices that support client and patient care excellence in new and existing services and initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
- May also work in the clinic directly as needed

The Basics (Required Education and Experience) - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Five (5) years of Nursing experience including three (3) years leadership experience
- North Carolina Board of Nursing Licensed Registered Nurse
- CPR
- AED

Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience) - Master of Science in Nursing or Related Field
