The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s / PHD degree; with course work relevant to the Energy or Utility field, has interned in the energy industry, experience writing technical procedures leading projects and has a willingness to learn more about the energy industry.

This position is considered FLSA Exempt. Exempt employees are salaried and, except as provided, are not eligible for overtime compensation.

Critical:

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Graduate Engineer A

Under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer, use engineering knowledge to perform routine engineering projects/assignments requiring limited judgment within the defined methods, procedures, and practices for the application of standards and criteria necessary to fulfill the experience requirement for the pursuit of a licensure as a professional engineer.
