- Supports installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining hardware and software, provides the organization with end user support with basic computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other closely related equipment
- Helps with the configuration of wireless network devices connecting to the organization’s wireless local area network(s) (WLAN)
- Assists with deploying computers, printers, software, and other related technologies across the entire organization (imaging (cloning), configuring, installing, data migration, etc.)
- Assists with other related technology projects and helpdesk procedures to answer the helpdesk phone line, monitor the helpdesk call routing system, and route end user support calls to technicians.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Applicants must have the ability to remain objective, non-partisan, and professional regarding all legislative matters and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- All work is performed in the State Capitol Building.
- The House prohibits the hiring of any person who at the time of initial hiring is related to any member within the fourth degree by blood or marriage.
