Description

Higginsville Habilitation Center is recruiting for a Treatment Supervisor to be a part of a highly effective team that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports individuals receiving 24/7 services.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Will be responsible for Developing, Implementing, Coordinating, Evaluating Individual Habilitation and/or Treatment plans for Individuals, and Writing Support Plans for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
• Facilitating and leading or delegating leadership for both individual plan and program plan meetings
• Provide training to Professional and Direct Care Staff
• Monitor ICF regulations and guidelines to ensure services are provided in accordance to those guidelines
• Ability to assign, direct and review the work of staff involved in the implementation of habilitation and behavior intervention programs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
