Description
Higginsville Habilitation Center is recruiting for a Treatment Supervisor to be a part of a highly effective team that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports individuals receiving 24/7 services.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
Will be responsible for Developing, Implementing, Coordinating, Evaluating Individual Habilitation and/or Treatment plans for Individuals, and Writing Support Plans for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
Facilitating and leading or delegating leadership for both individual plan and program plan meetings
Provide training to Professional and Direct Care Staff
Monitor ICF regulations and guidelines to ensure services are provided in accordance to those guidelines
Ability to assign, direct and review the work of staff involved in the implementation of habilitation and behavior intervention programs
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
