Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Hybrid work will not be available for this position.

• Support leadership with operational activities
• Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant.
• Coordinate with staff to update the Division’s administrative manual.
• Support the fiscal team with procurement and fiscal duties.
• Assist in coordinating data for reports and responses to public inquiries.
• Schedule Division New Employee Orientation and update agenda as needed.
• Maintain Division phone and email distribution lists.
• Submit Division HR and ITSD tickets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in an administrative or administrative support role.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 3-5 years of experience with fiscal duties preferred.

Salary:
