Job Location: - The office for this position is located at 3315 W. Truman Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109.
Why you’ll love this position:This position will provide customer and technical support in all matters related to the provisioning of access to Department of Social Services (DSS) applications. With these applications come calls, emails, and Cherwell tickets to be processed. This position will perform tasks associated with Matrices for DSS Systems. The position will back up the Quality Assurance/scheduling unit for DSS.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Social Services.

- Create DSS user IDs and accounts.
- Provision AD access groups.
- Provision RACF access groups.
- Provision FTP accounts.
- Provision Box accounts.
- Matrices for DSS systems.
- Candidate should have the ability to work in a team environment, ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain effective working relationships, remain flexible, and develop and maintain self-motivation.
- No licenses, certifications or defined level of education required.
- The candidate should have a significant understanding and knowledge of the RACF and AD security provisioning. Along with some QC/scheduling in CA7 knowledge.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant. Knowledge of operating systems and applications. Knowledge of cybersecurity issues and preventative methods. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software. Ability to research, collect, and analyze network performance.
