## DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be trained in managing individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.**Responsibilities*** Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring access points, investigating accidents.* Submit complete and detailed reports as required, recording observations, information and occurrences throughout shift.* Follow procedures specific to each location, building professional relationships with facility staff and visitors.* Monitor visitors as required by facility, such as logging visits with a signature, searching bags for dangerous items/contraband, or asking them to walk through a metal detector.* Remain aware of shift and facility assignments, understanding possible schedule changes are sometimes necessary.* Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure safety.## Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required* CLEET licensed required* Strong conflict management skills* CPR certification, First Aid, and self-defense training are advantageous* Excellent surveillance and observation skills; familiarity with report writing* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, making immediate decisions#J-18808-Ljbffr
