Management And Program AnalystWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:Conduct comprehensive management studies to evaluate organizational programs, policies, business processes, and management systems for effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives.Lead center-wide improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational performance, workforce responsiveness, and business operations in response to emerging programmatic, legislative, or regulatory requirements.Advise senior leadership on strategic workforce and organizational planning initiatives involving human capital, organizational structure, workforce development, and emerging management priorities.Direct the day-to-day work of subordinate staff by establishing priorities, assigning work, evaluating performance, and ensuring equitable and effective workforce practices.
