An uncapped commission structure is offered to incentivize and reward success.Responsibilities Respond to warm inbound seller inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach initiativesBuild relationships with landowners to understand motivations, timelines, and property disposition goalsConduct discovery conversations and evaluate acquisition opportunities from initial contact through contract executionPerform preliminary underwriting and due diligence, including evaluating utilities, water and sewer access, topography, flood zones, and overall site viabilityAnalyze opportunities against acquisition criteria and collaborate with leadership on pricing and offer strategyNegotiate purchase agreements and secure signed contractsMaintain accurate pipeline activity, follow-up schedules, and lead records within company CRM systemsDevelop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and other referral partners to generate acquisition opportunitiesManage follow-up activities across inbound leads, prospecting campaigns, and partner-generated opportunitiesSupport occasional in-person meetings with sellers, agents, and business partners when neededQualifications Bachelor's degree preferredStrong phone communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsAbility to handle objections, maintain persistence, and manage longer sales cyclesHighly coachable with a willingness to accept feedback and continuously improveStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyComfortable learning basic property underwriting and due diligence processesBase salary of $40,000 with expected commission earnings accumulating to $75,000 - $90,000 OTEHealth insurance is not currently offered, but will be in place in the coming yearsCompany-provided technology and equipmentOngoing training, coaching, and professional developmentOpportunity to join an established pipeline with active acquisition opportunitiesStrong growth potential within a developing real estate investment and homebuilding organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
