The Ramp Agent will be responsible for handling the loading, unloading, and transporting of luggage, cargo, and other items to and from aircraft. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills.Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all types of weather conditions.Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload luggage, cargo, and other items onto and off of aircraft.Safely operate ground support equipment such as tugs, tractors, belt loaders, and forklifts.Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on the ramp.Communicate with pilots, flight crews, and ground personnel to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
