Summary

El Rancho High School Color Guard is seeking a technician to join our instructional staff for the 2026-2027 season.We are preferably looking for someone available Wednesdays and Thursdays who can attend our class period from 1:50-3:30 PM, as well as evening rehearsals on those days.Prior teaching experience is a plus, but we're also open to experienced performers who are interested in getting into teaching and would be a good fit with our students and staff.Preferred qualifications: Color guard performance and/or instructional experienceStrong understanding of movement and equipment techniqueWeapon experience (rifle/sabre) strongly preferredComfortable working with high school students of varying experience levelsReliable, positive, and able to collaborate with existing staff#J-18808-Ljbffr
