Summary
The Position: Primary purpose is to provide insights and analytics expertise (analysis of complex data) to guide portfolio, franchise, and brand strategy development and execution, focused primarily on the semaglutide franchise and associated markets. Responsible for longitudinal, patient-level analytics for the semaglutide product family.Essential Functions: Conduct hypothesis-driven investigations into patient-level and transactional-level data to generate business insights (independently or with other analytics teams)Develop innovative solutions to complex, unstructured problems with significant impact on company goalsUse tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and R to analyze IQVIA and patient CRM datasetsAnalyze market trends and product performance to identify drivers and provide evidenceCollaborate with privacy and compliance to analyze patient-level data compliantlySupport integration of datasets to assess impact of patient CRM programs on metrics (e.g., stay time)Interpret and contextualize findings using existing HCP and consumer behavior knowledgeContribute to development/design of lines of investigation using appropriate data sourcesCreate recommendations via presentations with clear storylines through formal and informal channelsPioneer new ways to generate analytical insights from existing data assetsQualifications: Bachelor's degree (Business, Analytics, Math, Science, or Engineering preferred)2+ years relevant experience (work/internships/coursework)Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skillsStrong writing, presentation, and project management skillsKnowledge of patient data/IQVIA and/or secondary industry sourcesUnderstanding of patient CRM programs and analysisExperience with Tableau, Alteryx, or R strongly requiredMathematical modeling for prediction, clustering, and classification preferredStrong PowerPoint and Excel skillsBenefits (explicitly stated): Medical, dental, vision; life and disability insurance; 401(k); flexible spending accounts; employee assistance program; tuition reimbursement; voluntary benefits (e.g., legal, critical illness, identity theft protection, pet, auto/home); sick time policy, flexible vacation, parental leave.#J-18808-Ljbffr
