Summary
Enterprise Supply Management
If you have experience working with software, suppliers or vendors, supporting technology or business teams, participating in procurement or contracting activities, managing projects, or partnering with a variety of stakeholders, your background could be a great fit for Enterprise Supply Management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding business needs, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively across teams.
Core Responsibilities
Leads low and medium complexity sourcing transactions based on assessment of business needs. Leads and facilitates discussions on relationship, cost, and capabilities with leadership and suppliers.
Drives engagements through defined sourcing processes, resolving issues and involving stakeholders as needed. Interfaces heavily with other Sourcing teams, business owners, and Legal & Risk partners for each transaction.
Participates in strategic vendor-related initiatives. Provides relationship and project management expertise. Coordinates multiple stakeholders for input and collaboration for procurement activities.
Interprets and communicates contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposures to key stakeholders, including sourcing professionals and business leaders.
Oversees contract review, approvals, and negotiations. Champions sourcing process compliance and educates key stakeholders about commercial, legal, policy, and other considerations in support of the negotiation process.
Identifies and executes value creation opportunities through supplier consolidation, demand management, benchmarking, process optimization, and innovation partnerships.
Ensures supplier and contract data is submitted or entered into management systems and databases. Proactively considers and suggests vendor alternatives and contract timelines.
Supports adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Three years related work experience in sourcing or Vanguard experience
Experience with IT software / hardware
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience with Oracle, other ERPs, ServiceNow, Globality, Sirian is beneficial but not required.
