Summary

Maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholdersBuild, refine, and troubleshoot pivot tables and Excel-based analyses to support financial trackingSupport budget execution data reviews and help identify discrepancies or reporting errorsAssist with Power Platform reporting tools (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows) as neededRespond to routine data requests from program and financial management staffEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reports and source systemsRequired QualificationsGeneral understanding of government budget execution processes; DoD experience preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based analysisWorking familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI at minimum)Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain recurring reporting products accuratelyAbility to work independently on assigned tasks with moderate oversightPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting an Army or DoD financial management officeFamiliarity with DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, GCSS-Army) a plusExperience with Power Apps or Power Automate beyond basic useAbout AltViewAltView Analytics is a boutique data solutions company for the federal government in budget, acquisitions, and programmatic areas.
