Summary
Court MonitorAn Altitude Court Monitor (CM) will work directly with customers to provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance while enforcing and maintaining safety at the park. CM's must have great attention to detail and safety while maintaining a fun environment. CM's must have a positive and outgoing personality.Safety training will be provided.Some responsibilities include but not limited to:Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience.Consistent attentiveness and readiness for safety or injury assistance.Ability to identify equipment safety issues or customer safety violations.Good energy and positive body language.Ability to communicate effectively with a team.Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding safety issues, park rules, regulations and general questions.Maintain the Altitude standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courts.Establish control in challenging situations and emergency management.Resolve questions and concerns independently.Take direction from Team Leads and Management.Work equally well independently and as a party of a team.Work in a busy and fast paced environment.If these skill and attributes describe you please apply to be a part of the Altitude Team!Evenings & Weekends 15-25 hours per week
