Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location in Cleveland, OH. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, staff, and vendors in accordance with site access procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
