Benefits 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceDescription AlleraIT Solutions, LLC is hiring Mid-Level Acquisition Specialist to support Government across pre-award and post-award acquisition activities, working closely with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program offices.Responsibilities Interpret and apply FAR/HHSAR to a variety of procurement actionsSupport development of procurement request packages and acquisition lifecycle documentationMonitor acquisition performance metrics, including PALTAssist in preparing acquisition strategies, SOWs/PWS, IGCEs, and source selection documentationSupport source selection activities and maintain proper procurement recordsProvide contract administration support, including invoice review and file maintenanceSupport FOIA responses involving procurement-sensitive informationRequired Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible Federal acquisition experienceBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (in lieu of a degree, 10 years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience will be accepted)Working knowledge of FAR and HHSARExperience with automated acquisition/contract writing systemsStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience supporting NIH or HHS acquisition organizationsExperience preparing acquisition documentation using NIH acquisition systems (PRISM, NBS, IPPS, MERLIN)Location: Bethesda/Rockville, MD (on-site)Clearance: Non-Sensitive (NACI required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
