Salary: $26.20/hour - part-time - 24 hrs/wk - may include weekendsResponsibilities include:Front desk and reception area including answering phoneEscort within facilityAlarm monitor for 24/7 surveillanceOperates a security control center by monitoring surveillance, access control, fire alarm, and HVAC systemsMonitors access points and equipmentNotifies appropriate personnel during events affecting the facilityMakes detailed reports of incidents, violations, suspicious circumstances, and unsatisfactory conditionsKeeps current on information affecting security operations by reading the standard operating procedures, reports, security policies, memorandums, and emails to stay informedRequired Skills include:Current Secret security clearanceMust be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidaysMust be able to work independently with little supervisionMust be able to sit and walk for long periods of time and withstand any weather conditionsKnowledgeable in First Aid, CPR, and AEDMust be able to lift or move up to 30 poundsRequired Education includes:High School Diploma1-2 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
