Summary
Information Systems Security Officer (Level 1)
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Officer to support security operations on mission-critical HPC environments — owning RMF authorization activities, continuous monitoring, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of information assurance experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
- An additional five (5) years of information assurance experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Ten (10) years
Required:
- Hands-on experience with the full RMF process: ATO, security controls, continuous monitoring
- RMF tools: LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STE
- Compliance and configuration scanning tools
- NIST SP 800-53r3 and/or r5; NIST SP 800-37
- Documentation: SSP, POA&M, SPFs, BIA, CMP, AAR, CP, SAR, RAR
- Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)
Desired Skills:
- Strong collaboration habits with system administrators and system owners
- Privileged user oversight experience
