As a Fiscal Technician, you will perform the following duties:Budget Support: Assist with developing, preparing, and monitoring program budgets and financial forecastsAccount Maintenance: Maintain accounting structures, cost allocations, inventory controls, and audit requirementsFinancial Processing: Prepare and reconcile deposits, vouchers, billing records, and various program accounting documentsFiscal Reporting: Compile reports, review accounts, and support agency analysis of financial dataContract Monitoring: Participate in fiscal monitoring of contracts and assist with tracking fixed assetsWork Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Fiscal Assistant; orThree years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school; orOne year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
