Sunstates Security is currently hiring for Part-Time and Flex Classified Space Officers in the Melbourne, Florida area. These positions offer a pay range of $22.00-$24.00/hr - paid weekly. Pay will be discussed during the interview process if selected. Active Government Secret Clearance or higher is required. We are seeking highly professional and dependable individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems effectively
• Perform patrols of the client facility to standard
• Read, write, and comprehend detailed reports accurately
• Maintain professional appearance in accordance with client standards
• Support coverage needs during emergencies or short notice requests

Requirements:

• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow client-specific standards and procedures
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Able to perform patrol duties and maintain situational awareness

Flex Officer Position Details:

• 16 guaranteed hours per month of on-site refresher training
• Coverage assignments vary each month based on full-time officer planned time off as well as emergency coverage
• 7 days / All Shifts Availability Preferred
• Premium hourly pay due to requirement of flexibility and lack of a permanent post/schedule
