Summary
Supporting the enterprise cybersecurity program, the full-time Senior Threat Hunt Engineer will develop and maintain operational frameworks, execute proactive hunts across various telemetry, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance threat detection and response, with opportunities for remote work in Wisconsin.Key responsibilitiesMaintain and mature the operational hunt framework used across Cyber Defense, refining templates and standards for multiple teamsDesign, build, and maintain integrations and automation across the hunt lifecycle, including collaboration and reporting toolsExecute proactive hunts, synthesize outcomes into actionable intelligence, and mentor analysts and junior huntersRequired qualificationsA minimum of 5-10 years in threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, or detection engineeringBachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Deep hands-on experience running proactive hunts across SIEM, EDR, and other telemetry in enterprise environmentsStrong scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in Python and experience in PowerShell or BashDemonstrated experience building and integrating security tooling and workflows at enterprise scale
