Senior Campaign Resolution & Operations Lead — Remote (LATAM)
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Type: Full-Time Contractor (starts with a 3-month trial period)
Pay: $1,200 USD/month during trial, up to $1,500 USD/month after trial

What You'll Do
- Act as the ultimate resolution engine for highly complex or technically "burned" cases that initial engagement teams cannot unblock.
- Take ownership of internal escalations to strategically offload operational workload from the management team.
- Manage investigations and negotiate directly with business stakeholders, including key contacts in Brazil, to close compliance cases.
- Analyze cross-campaign workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement global process cleanups.
- Standardize internal escalation structures to bring consistency and functionality across the organization.
- Shape and perfect the structure of this innovative pilot position as it scales.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in complex B2B negotiations, escalation management, or strategic dispute resolution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and unblock stalled or technical cases.
- High executive maturity and the ability to operate with superior autonomy under pressure.
- Proven track record of standardizing processes and bringing structure to chaotic workflows.
- Business-level English (written and spoken) with highly persuasive communication skills.
- Bonus points for: Previous experience in compliance, anti-piracy, or intellectual property.
