Professional Residential Security Officer (Unarmed) - PT/FT

RESIDENTIAL SECURITY OFFICER - PT/FT

Primary Purpose and Function: A Security Supervisor oversees daily security operations, leads security staff, enforces safety policies, responds to incidents, and helps protect people, property, and assets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security personnel.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct patrols and inspect for security risks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Monitor alarms and access control systems.
• Investigate security breaches and prepare reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services Must have a high school diploma or GED. Authorized to work in the United States. At minimum 1 year security preferred.

Certification Requirements (All)

Florida D License
