Job Description
Manage all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal and government regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines and objectives. Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues effectively. Inspect work for quality assurance and ensure it meets project specifications. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates. Travel nationally to various project sites as required. Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in managing Federal/ Government Contracting. Ability to pass a background and drug test for Federal work. 5+ years experience. Open/ ability to travel nationally. Experience managing construction projects within federal and government contracting. Knowledge of federal regulations and safety standards in construction. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and stakeholders. Willingness to travel nationally for extended periods. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
