Pay Range: $34.45 - $44.79/hr. | $71,661 - $93,159 annual compensation

Workdays & Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am 5 pm; Some evening/weekend work required. This is an in-person position. Employees may be eligible to work from home one day per week after successfully completing their probationary period, based on departmental needs.

A Management Analyst II performs a wide variety of professional analytical and administrative duties related to budget development and monitoring, purchasing, contract administration, and organizational analysis. Analyzes business processes, systems, and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, increase efficiency, and support effective service delivery. Prepares financial and operational reports, coordinates procurement activities, manages special projects, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with City policies and applicable regulations.
