Job Overview Senior Government Property Analyst – responsible for managing and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of government & customer‑owned properties and assets, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations.Key Responsibilities Manage acquisition, utilization, and disposal of government‑owned properties in accordance with regulations.Maintain accurate records of assets: location, condition, value.Ensure compliance with regulations and policies on asset utilization, maintenance, and disposal.Assess and mitigate risks associated with government‑owned properties.Prepare inventory, financial, and compliance reports.Coordinate with other government agencies, stakeholders, and contractors.Develop and implement policies and procedures related to property management.Provide training and guidance to staff.Participate in audits and inspections.Manage disposal of surplus or obsolete properties through auctions, transfers, or destruction.Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of property analysts and specialists.Minimum Requirements 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.NPMA certification preferred.Certified Property Professional Specialist (CPPS) preferred.Active security clearance preferred and ability to obtain one.EEO Statement We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
