Major Duties

Under general supervision, the Senior Public Records and International Travel Analyst reports to the Associate Vice President for Budget & Strategic Business Operations. The incumbent manages the institution’s public records request function in compliance with the California Public Records Act and leads international travel management and traveler support. The role requires advanced independent judgment to interpret legal frameworks, assess institutional and safety risks, and responds to sensitive or emergent situations. The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for travelers abroad during emergencies and advises leadership on matters with potential legal, reputational, or safety impact.
