Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions

• Review and approve PCard expense reports for appropriateness and accuracy.
• Process PCard expense reports in compliance with operating policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the rules and regulations of federal, state, and local accounts and the HSC Purchasing Card (PCard) OPs.
• Interact with department end-users and vendors on purchasing card related issues.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Online Purchasing Card System: Emburse Enterprise.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Equipment utilization and records control for audit.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
